M’mmm…… good




Today I cleaned and cooked a pound of fresh gulf shrimp and made some tangy  cocktail sauce!  The secret to good shrimp is DO NOT over cook it,  3 minutes and it’s done!  It was absolutely wonderful.  There is nothing better than fresh shrimp.  It is one of my favorite foods.

I sure hope the cap on the oil leak really does work.  I feel so sorry for everyone and everything in the areas affected by the oil spill.    I thank God that it has not affected our beaches or our seafood!
